Honorable Charles L. Hopkins III

Mr. Hopkins served 30 years on active duty earning warfare qualifications in Submarines (enlisted and officer) and as a Surface Warfare Officer. Since retiring from active duty in 1999, Mr. Hopkins has spent much of this past decade working for the White House in leadership roles at the Department of Treasury, FEMA and the Department of Veterans Affairs. His last position was the Assistant Secretary for Operations, Security, and Preparedness at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Mr. Hopkins is currently the Vice President and General Manager of Global Services & Solutions, Inc. in Arlington, Virginia.
