Vice Admiral Albert T. Church, USN (Ret.)

Vice Admiral Church is the President of the Church Group, LLC and the Executive Director of Prescient Federal Corporation. He is a 1969 graduate of the United States Naval Academy, retiring in October 2005 after more than 36 years of active duty. During his career he commanded two ships and the Naval Station at Norfolk Va. He served 4+ years as the Navy Budget Officer, as the Naval Inspector General, and his last job was as the Director of the Navy Staff (DNS). 

Following his Navy career, he spent five years at Booz Allen Hamilton and has been with his present company, Prescient, for five years. He recently published a book, Fixing Washington 2016.
